We are proud to be an authorized LiveNote Service Provider.  When realtime is requested, we send only our most experienced and specially trained realtime reporters to assist you using LiveNote, Summation, and/or CaseView.  No laptop?  No problem.  We are happy to provide a laptop computer for your use during the deposition.*

  LiveNote Streaming

 

With this powerful tool, we are able to broadcast the realtime feed to a remote location via a high-speed Internet connection. Imagine the flexibility of being able to share the realtime feed with co-counsel, witnesses, parties, whomever you choose in another location, and further, being able to text notes back and forth during the proceedings using the same realtime feed!

You may order a CD containing your transcript and your video synchronized so that you can search for text and go right to that portion of the transcript and video.  You may also make video/transcript clips to share with others via e-mail or playback during trial.

  Summation

 

We are happy to provide your transcripts and exhibits in Summation format.  Simply specify a Summation CD on your Transcript Order Form, and we’ll do the rest.

  Digital Evidence

 

Through the use of our high-tech printers and scanners, we are able to provide digital copies of your exhibits, in color or black and white, on CD and/or via our Transcript Repository.

  Transcript Repository

 

Every transcript, including exhibits, is placed on our transcript repository for your convenience, giving you access to your transcripts, exhibits, and errata sheets 24/7 from any Internet computer.
